FC Alga Bishkek is a Kyrgyzstani football club based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan that plays in the top division in Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyzstan League. The club plays its home games at Dynamo Stadion.

- 1996: Renamed FC Alga-PVO Bishkek.
- 1998: Renamed FC SKA-PVO Bishkek.
- 2004: Renamed FC SKA-Shoro Bishkek.
- 2005: Dissolved.
- 2010: Reactivated as FC Alga Bishkek.
